How easy is it for you to figure out my balance from my recent trip to the dental office? 

I received a letter from my insurance company titled: ‘Explanation of Dental Plan Reimbursement.’ Really? An explanation, huh? I had to pull out a calculator to determine what I was on the hook for. 

How simple would it be for my insurer to provide a column titled: ‘Amount Due?’ 

If a company put a value on serving their customers with really powerful and easy-to-read explanations of bills, statements, and forms–imagine the improved overall satisfaction for their customers? 

Daily, we are overwhelmed with data, information, e-mails, and updates. We only have so many brain cells to muddle through that info. At Wired World Media, we have an acronym to describe our ‘Explanation’ of data.

We call it EDP Analytics (Everyday People Analytics). 

Contained in Sneezebox, our interactive video platform, are powerful displays of information. We do the heavy lifting and data crunching so our users and customers view outputs of information that are easy-to-understand.  It’s a powerful feature that real Everyday People can appreciate.
