Epiphany

Recently, I had the good fortune of facing a possibly lengthy jail sentence. The exact length was never actually disclosed, but sixty days, six months and one year were all mentioned. For some sad reason, I was totally prepared to do the sixty day one. I figured "Eighteen days on thirty, that's thirty-six days and I'll be home for Christmas." I don't know why my thought-process still works that way. I'm going to have to work on that.Another thought that kept coming to mind was "Maybe I'm meant…See More

Profile Information

I love marketing and I'm more of a(n):
creative type
My Bio in a 100-words or less nutshell:
Only one hundred words, huh? Hmmm. My kids are my world. Other than that, I've been blessed to have worked many a job in my day, from fast-food to New Business Wolverine, and the most important thing I've learned is the difference between how people should be treated and how people are treated. They're not always one and the same. Learning that helped me to create my mantra; "If you're not happy in something, don't be in it." Job, relationship, living situation, anything.
I've worked with some amazing brands, including:
Mostly some underground stuff that I'm actually not at liberty to reveal at this point.
From all my years of experience, my single best marketing advice in one sentence is:
"If you wouldn't buy it, don't try and sell it." That's actually aimed at the pitch and presentation, and I actually just made that up, but I really like it.
My favorite work-related Website is:

Keep It Real

Another one of our WAYS OF WOW encourages us to keep it real. We are committed to being authentic in who we are and what we say and do.  We speak from our experience and in the moment.  Keeping it real means speaking what one is thinking and feeling about anything related to work without regard to “how it will sound”.  It means being transparent and revealing our true selves.  Withholding relevant information, keeping secrets, and participating in gossip are clearly inconsistent with being…See More

Getting SEO and Digital Marketing "Just Right"

We aim to "deliver wow" for both our agency clients and product customers however "delivering wow through education" is also something we practice and believe can produce higher ROI for everyone. One area of internet marketing that constantly changes and therefore produces many questions from clients and customers is Search Engine Optimization also known as SEO. When you ask "how do I get to #1 on Google?" you are really asking "how can I increase my site's SEO?" Arguably the most profitable…See More

Delivering Wow Begins with Rigorous Process

We deliver WOW at Wired World Media! It's what we signed up to do, and it's a lot of pressure to get it right. And it all starts with our rigorous internal systems and processes. Many clients are surprised to learn that many of us work from home twice a week. How do we collaborate to deliver the goods? It starts on Monday with the development of a weekly plan. Each member of our circle dedicates time to figuring out what we're going to deliver that week and how long we estimate it will take us.…See More
